Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of order placement and this will usually mean that the order is delivered to your address within 2-6 working days, depending on country. We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. We aim to fulfill your order by the delivery date set in the Dispatch Confirmation. If no delivery date is specified, we will try to deliver within a reasonable time of dispatch. Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed. Ownership of the products will only pass to you, when we have received the full payment. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. If the goods are not available within the estimated delivery time, you will be informed of this as quickly as possible and you agree to delivery within an additional period of time appropriate to the circumstances.

Contract agreement

When you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. You order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders will be subject to acceptance by us and subject to availability. We will be confirming such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the product has been dispatched. The contract that will be formed on behalf of our acceptance, will only relate to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed. We will not be obliged to supply products that may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such products has been confirmed in a separate dispatch confirmation.

By making a purchase through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.


The prices stated on our site, exclude delivery costs unless otherwise stated. The prices include VAT. 

Despite our best efforts, there is always a chance that some of the products listed on our site are incorrectly priced. We will verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. In the unlikely scenario that a product is incorrectly priced, we will only ship the product if the correct price is lower than the stated price. If a product’s correct price is higher than what is stated, we will either contact your for instructions before shipping the product or reject your order and notify you of this. If a pricing error occurs that is an obvious error and unmistakable, we are under no obligation to provide you the product at the incorrect price.


We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and VisaElectron.Your credit card will be pre-authorised for payment at the time of ordering. As part of this authorization process, your bank will place a hold on your account for the purchase amount of the order. The hold will be removed after a number of days determined by your banking institution. You will not be charged for the items until they have been shipped.

We also use Paypal for accepting payment and orders by credit card. Paypal is the world’s leading payment gateway and offers a highly secured service. Thus, salmologic does not obtain your credit card details.

When paying through Paypal, you do not need to have an account with them. You can of course also register an account with them or use an existing account.

Paypal processes the payment and forwards the funds to us. When you payment has been processed, you will get an e-mail confirmation from Paypal. For Paypal terms and conditions, please visit their website at www.paypal.com

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU legislation, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the goods.

If the contract relates to multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the withdrawal form set out below if you wish to withdraw in writing, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

- Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you in respect of all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), as quickly as possible and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods as quickly as possible and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

The returned goods must be in the same condition and quantity as delivered to you by us. The item must be returned in full working order, with no cosmetic or internal defects, and it must be returned within its original packaging with all accessories. If you cannot return the goods (e.g. benefits from usage) - in whole or in part - or can only return the goods – in whole or in part - in a deteriorated condition, you have to compensate us for lost value, if any. For the deterioration of the goods you need only compensate us as far as such is due to any handling of the goods, which exceeds the examination of the characteristics and functionality of the goods. “Examination of the characteristics and functionality” means testing and trying out the respective goods as is possible and customary in a store. 

PLEASE NOTE: You shall be responsible for any return delivery charges, and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us.

Note! We do not receive packages marked ”Cash on delivery”.

Exceptions from the right of withdrawal:

Personalized items: A right of withdrawal does not exist for products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Warranty and returns

We believe our products must meet and exceed your highest expectations, and our service must live up to the quality of our products. If for any reason you need to return your order, it’s easy!

In accordance with EU legislation, customers in Europe have a 24-month warranty (i.e. repair, exchange or refund the faulty item) from the date they received the goods. The customer is responsible for inspecting the received products after delivery. You must address your complaint within a reasonable time. Any faults or defects should be reported to Salmologic ApS within two months after discovery. A two month period will always be considered a reasonable period of time.

In case the product has a fault or defect which is not caused by abuse, modification or misuse and the fault can be verified by Salmologic ApS, Salmologic ApS will exchange, replace or repair the product free of charge. In the unlikely event, that you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us at info@salmologic.com quoting your order reference and contact details. 

Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods

When a warranty claim is made, the customer is required to present proof of purchase.

We warrant that the product will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered. 

The product is intended to be used strictly in accordance with the instructions as set out on the site or as on the product itself. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the product strictly in accordance with those instructions.

We try very hard to deliver products in excellent condition. However, if you inform us that the product is faulty, you agree to keep the product in its current condition available for us to inspect within a reasonable time. 
In order to provide you with any remedies for a faulty product, we may need your assistance and prompt provision of certain information regarding the product, including you specifying with reasonable detail the way in which it is alleged that the product is damaged or defective; and you providing us with the delivery note number or order/invoice number and such other information as we reasonably require.
If you would like us to repair, replace or provide a refund for the product where it did conform to the applicable contract, and we find that the product has been
A) misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions; or
B) been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair; or
C) been dealt with or used contrary to our or the manufacturer's instructions for the product; or
D) deteriorated through normal wear and tear, after delivery by us, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the product.

We expect that you return the products in a secured package that ensures it is protected from damage in transit. Always retain your proof of payment of the return postage expenses. If you choose to return the goods, regardless of the situation, you will have the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport in returning the goods to us until we have taken physical possession of the goods. As the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend that you send the parcel with a delivery service that insures you for the value of the items you are shipping. However, please note that insurance is optional and you will therefore be responsible for any insurance charges, as these will not be refunded by us.

Postal costs: You will be responsible for the initial return postage costs. If the returned product is verified by us as a valid claim covered under warranty, or you are returning an incorrect item then these (reasonable and standard) postage costs (not including insurance) will be refunded to you if proof is supplied to us. A photograph or scan of your receipt is acceptable. Please contact us at: info@salmologic.com prior to shipping any returns so that we may assist you with the procedure.  

Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it and issue a refund, repair or a replacement (as requested) if appropriate. This is subject to our confirmation of the fault. We will usually refund your money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will do this within 14 days of receiving the items you have returned to us. For orders within Denmark, Salmologic will refund the customer the (reasonable and standard) return postage (not including insurance) for returning any defective or incorrect goods. We will issue a refund after the defect has been verified by us and we have received a copy of the postal receipt. However, please contact us prior to shipping any returns, as we may decide to schedule pick-up of the item by GLS or other carrier on our account.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event of us sending you a replacement for any damaged, defective or incorrect goods, you must return the original goods to us before we can send out a replacement product. Provided you ship the goods to us and they arrive undamaged, we will have a replacement item shipped or have the original item repaired and then shipped back to you. However, if for any reason you do not return the original item to us, we reserve the right to refuse any refund amount up to the full purchase price.     

For international returns – Salmologic ApS will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items. All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty”

Note! We do not receive packages marked ”Cash on delivery”. 

Our Liability

We do out best to ensure that the items on our site, the terms and the content are described as accurately as possibly. However, there may from time to time be typographical errors or inaccuracies. There may also be slight variations in style or color reproduction. The actual colors you see on screen will depend on your monitor. We are therefore unable to guarantee that your monitors will reflect the true color of the actual product being delivered to you. To the extent that the law permits it, we are not to be liable for any claims either direct or in terms of loss relating to the accuracy of the information contained on this site.

Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking the agreement between us is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you have purchased. Neither are we responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us.

Force Majeure

We are not to be liable or held responsible for any failure to perform, deliver or for delayed delivery, that is caused by an act that may be deemed as being Force Majeure.


By using our site, you accept that communication between us will be mainly electronically and by use of e-mail. For contractual purposes, you agree that e-email is the means of communication and that all contracts, information and other communication that we provide to you by e-mail, comply with any legal requirements. This condition will not affect any of your statutory rights. 

Jurisdiction and Law

Contracts for the purchase of goods through our site and any dispute arising in connection with this will be governed by Danish law. All disputes or claims shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

Privacy police - Personal information

At salmologic ApS we handle your personal information in the strictest confidence. We will never give your personal information to third parties. We protect your privacy in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. You are entitled to ask for a copy of what personal information we might have stored about you. To do so, you have to contact us in writing by using the details at the “Contact us” address on our site.

We may contact you from time to time to tell you about our products and services. If you do not want us to do so, you can choose to opt out by indicating this when submitting forms on our site or by writing or emailing us.

We, our representatives and sub-contractors, may use the personal information you provide us with, for the purpose of dealing with your order, dealing with queries and for the purposes of record keeping. You consent to such use.

If a third party acquires a substantial or all of our assists, you consent to us transferring your personal information to this third party.


Our site has numerous security measures in place to prevent misuse and loss of information under our control. We cannot, however, guarantee that the measures are or will remain sufficient. We will use all reasonable endeavors to protect the data you provide us with.

The use of this site is at your own risk and you are personally responsible for your use of the site and the communication between us. We do our best to ensure the site is free from viruses. It is your responsibility to use the right tools for using this website.
